The olives we use come from three different farms: Spedalone, Manoniccola and Pereti.
Although all three are located in the Val d’Orcia area, the olives that are harvested there have small organoleptic differences between them, these characteristics give life to three < strong> oils of the highest quality with different tastes and scents.
