My goal is to make as many people as possible aware of the ‘wonderful world of oil’,

but above all, to make them more aware of what we consume every day.

So I thought: how can I realise this project by combining the things I love most?

– Oil

– The food

– Sociality

Obviously a dinner, which can give that extra flavour to your Tuscan stay!

“Dive into organic extra virgin olive oil in company”.

This is the title of the experience I have created for you!

Programme:

1. meeting at the Torrenieri farmhouse,

2. board the “oil bus” with Fabrizio and depart for Montalcino where, near S. Antimo, I will be waiting for you to open the doors of my home.

3. short introductory lecture, tasting of at least 4 extra virgin oils and small dinner with oil/food pairing.

*Wines are included and, if you wish, you will also have the opportunity to buy the oil.

4. At the end we will return with Fabrizio to Torrenieri.
