SHIPPING OF GOODS

-Orders placed before 12:00 leave on the day of payment
- for orders by bank transfer, the goods are shipped as soon as a copy of the accounting receipt is delivered to us (transfer made), for this reason by choosing this method; payment delivery times may be longer
-Orders placed via PayPal and credit card are shipped on the day of the order
“Ragion social srl, alessandrocapitoni.com“ is not serious; responsible for delays or damage to the goods from the moment the goods are entrusted to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for the integrity of the goods; of the material transported, according to the regulations indicated below.

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is invited to verify:
- that the number of packages received is equal to that indicated in the transport document;
- that the packaging is intact in all its parts, not damaged and not altered in any way
-Any discrepancies, tampering/injuries or breakages must be reported to the courier at the same time as the unloading, indicating in the delivery document the words "RECEIPT SUBJECT TO INSPECTION". In the absence of notification, we will not be able to reimburse any damage occurred during transport;
